Shipping policy
RBQ Competence.ca aims customer satisfaction. And to do so, we strive to offer a delivery time (business departure) from 1 to 2 working days. Subsequently, delivery is made by destination by Purolator or Canada Post. Please note that the delivery time for the shipping is beyond our control but is usually pretty fast. On average, delivery is about 1 to 3 working days. For the sending of the Construction Code, only NRC is in charge of ensuring the delivery of this package so we have no control over the delay and can not follow up on this order. Generally, delivery of the Construction Code is within 2 to 3 business days. In addition, no deliveries will be permitted for shipments to postal boxes.

Terms of use for online training
Access and use of this website constitute an agreement between you (natural person or legal entity) and RBQ Compétence.ca. Access to the online training and services of our website is available to a user for a period of fourteen (14) months from the date of purchase.
After the allocated period of fourteen (14) months, the user account will be set on standby. A request for extension of access to the training could be made by the user following the conditions in force.
By using our website, involving online training to obtain a contractor’s license from the Régie du bâtiment, you confirm that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use of RBQ Compétence.ca.
RBQ Compétence.ca is committed to providing users with up-to-date and regularly renewed training, as well as relevant and credible content for the preparation of the compulsory examinations of the Régie du bâtiment, where a certificate will be issued for each successful course.
All purchases made on our website are secured using an SSL certificate.
The payment service by credit card or E-Transfer is made through a secure page with direct access to the payment provider, so that we (merchant) have no access to credit information entered on this secure page.

Any purchase of online training allows access to training for a period of 14 months. Following this period, the user has an extension option (please contact us for more details).

As stipulated in the articles of law, here is our refund policy.
For any purchase made for training paper version; any modification to an order or any refund request must have been made before the shipment of the manuals. As soon as the order has been shipped, no modification or refund can be made. Additionally, despite the fact that online training is offered with the purchase of paper training, a prorated refund for the online training, in this case, will not apply.
For any purchase made for online training; a modification to the order can be made at any time, according to the pro rata calculation, if required. For any refund request, note that our training contract (period of legal validity of a refund request) with the consumer begins the minute the purchase is made and ends at midnight on the 30th day following the purchase. Within this period, the customer may be entitled to a prorated refund according to one of the following calculations: 1- From the initial purchase cost will be deducted any started training and fees equivalent to 10% of the initial cost (or an amount of at least $ 50) or 2- if no training has been started, fees equivalent to 20% of the initial purchase cost will be deducted.
The law requires the merchant to reimburse within 15 days of the request made by the consumer.
