Course Content : Execution of Work

This mandatory exam is required when applying for a General Contractor licence (subclasses 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.2, 1.3) with the Régie du bâtiment, and covers the following licence subclasses:

1.2. Contractor – Small buildings

Also authorizes construction work included in the following Schedule II subclasses:

(when the work relates to buildings and tents)

• 2.6 Contractor – Piles and special foundations
• 3.1 Contractor – Concrete structures
• 4.1 Contractor – Masonry structures
• 5.1 Contractor – Metal structures and prefabricated concrete elements
• 6.1 Contractor – Wood framesbois

If you plan to obtain a general contractor licence but are not yet a guarantor in Administration, Project Management, and Safety Management, please note that this course alone is not enough. To apply for your licence, you must choose the training program that covers all 4 mandatory exams.
