O<\/span>ur training for General Contractor 1.4<\/b> couvers the 4 areas of qualification required by the R\u00e9gie du b\u00e2timent; Administration<\/strong><\/a>, Project Management<\/strong><\/a>, Safety Management<\/strong><\/a> and Ex\u00e9cution des travaux en Routes et Canalisation <\/strong>(The 1.4 module is offered online and in French only)<\/i><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/em>, to complete a license application from the following subclass of Schedule I; 1.4. This subclass authorizes construction work concerning roads and public roads, sewers, aqueducts, pipelines, railway works and tunnels.<\/p>\n

O<\/span>ur preparatory training for mandatory examinations for a general contractor’s 1.4<\/strong> license from the RBQ is available in a Guide<\/strong> or Online<\/strong> version. If you opt for the online version, you will have unlimited access<\/strong> to the training, 24h \/ 7<\/strong> and an interactive preparatory examination to resume at will. The two training options give you the chance to study in the comfort of your home, to have access to up-to-date and corrected<\/strong> content<\/strong> according to the modifications made by the RBQ, to benefit support service by phone<\/strong> until the obtaining your license and the turnkey service<\/strong> for your registration and departure in business. In the event of bankruptcy or criminal record, we will be able to evaluate your situation, in complete confidentiality, in order to know if you are eligible for a license application.<\/p>

Our courses include a Study<\/strong> component of the concepts specifically required by the R\u00e9gie du b\u00e2timent as well as an Examination<\/strong> component comprising questions similar to those proposed at the exams of the Regie, notions of calculations, points of laws, and regulations. All information, explanations and calculation development necessary for a good understanding of the notions of study is also provided.<\/p>

The R\u00e9gie requires, for the purpose of obtaining a license, that the candidate be 18 years of age or over<\/strong> at the time of writing the examinations.<\/p>

These exams are mandatory<\/strong> and required for the General Contractor 1.4<\/strong> license application from the R\u00e9gie du b\u00e2timent and covers the following subclasses of license from Schedule I<\/strong>:<\/p>

Also authorizes construction work included in the following subclasses of Schedule II:<\/p>

4.1<\/strong> Contractor – Masonry structures<\/p>

5.1 <\/strong>Contractor – Metallic structures and prefabricated concete elements<\/p>

6.1<\/strong> Contractor – Wood structures<\/p>

This subclass authorizes contruction work included in subclass 1.6.<\/p>

But only to have them executed when they relate to a civil engineering work referred to in this subclass.<\/p>
